Solution
To meet the challenge efficiently, we repurposed select cuts from the brand’s seasonal lookbook photography and transformed them into a striking motion piece using generative AI. The final film featured playful, stylized visuals inspired by Japanese animation, carefully aligned with LUVISTRUE’s youthful and quirky brand identity.

From kickoff to delivery, the entire project was completed in just 10 days—including creative proposal, concept development, and production. Despite constraints, the film succeeded in drawing strong attention locally in Japan and delivered high visibility across multiple platforms.
